Character Build: Thin Body Type: Bipedal Usual Clothing: Light clothing, loose and unrestrictive Voice: Soft, though a slight reverb can be heard Usual Scent: Hot Cinnamon Description: Towering over three stories tall, golden feathers with crimson tips adorn this avian like creature who walks on two legs. walking on her talons, her digitigrade stance and a backwards toe, as is common in birds. A sharp angular beak similar to a secretary bird, and black and glowing solar yellow eyes with pupils that can alternate between white and black. Crest feathers slicked back save for one large feather in front. There are two smoke like ribbons that flow off her head like antennae. Her form is sleek, and very slender, though her feathers around her shoulders and bicep area give a thicker apparance, but end at her elbows, where black scales like obsidian are revealed. Her usual stance is often one that is looking around curiously, unless locked in conversation, then she is prone to keep eye contact but can lose attention should something occur near that catches her interest. Naive, and curious. When she walks she is often careful, looking where her talons land, but accidents do happen! Inventory - Weapons - Talons / Beak Description: Natural weapons from her avian appearance. Sharp talons that could tear into metal like aluminum foil! Effective range from character: Melee ranged, though her size does give a large range! Skills & Abilities - Language Fluency English Paranormal Abilities - Fire Powers Description: Able to produce flames from her body, even engulf her whole body in fire. Limits: can produce heat up to 1200&Acirc;&deg;C (2200&Acirc;&deg;F) with her current power, which cannot melt iron, but can melt weaker metals like Tin, copper, and gold. Repercussions: Drained with extended use, as her body isn&#039;t quite what it used to be. - Electromagnetic Telepathy Description: Using electromagnetic frequencies, she can send signals almost like telepathy, but only to radio receivers within the HF to VHF ranges, which most standard radios use. She can also receive. Limits: No longer with access to ranges beyond or below HF and VHF Repercussions: Can be overloading when one uses a Jammer over a large frequency range - Basic Magicks Description: Able to cast basic level spells, appropriate to her scale. Spells to include: Conjure Light, Mage Hand, Detect Magic Limits: Prone to failure or backfire. Newer spells more so. They are low level spells, and not terribly draining, but as she is still learning she still has to contribute some level of focus to maintain. Repercussions: Depending on spell. From Blinding, to accidently picking up wrong objects and causing them to be hurled unintentionally. Other: Learning from Benji and seeks Thomas as well for more training. Seeking to find alternate methods to keep warm in winter months for extended periods of time out of her lair. Background World Information: The universe she hailed from consisted of many worlds, various forms, societies, many that have risen and many that have fallen. From Highly advanced to primitive. A universe where her presence had also drawn attention of those who sought power, and set their eyes on hers, many were unsuccessful, but some... were able. Character Background: Origins begin with a race of Aven long ago, in her universe. The world of Kallon. The race of &quot;flame scared&quot; Aven, obsessed with power and arrogant, turned to forbidden magic rituals and experiments. One such experiment used an unhatched egg, placing it within the core of their own world to absorb the heat of the very planet itself, to incubate, using ancient rituals of the &quot;phoenix&quot; however normally invoked simply the use of a volcano, not the very planet itself. Thought to be a lost cause, eons passed, the Aven race still continued to advance into modern and even advanced technology. Life continued for the Aven race, few wars among the species, followed by peace, and repeat. However the world Kallon, or Kallon V, of the races of other worlds would call it, began to experience radical earthquakes frequently. The world began to shudder, faults would split open. Paniced, the avian race fled to other worlds to escape the coming disaster that be-felled their planet. What emerged, in an explosion of the very planet, was an avian creature erupting the planet, as if the world was but an egg. New to this cosmos, the creature surveyed the only thing she knew, a giant ball of fire, which was used as her first source of &#039;food&#039;. Curiousity getting the better of her, and the only other objects visable were the specks of light, leading her to discover more balls of fire, and soon... round rocks. Ever more curious and finding more, came another discovery, tiny forms of life! However her experience with these microscopic organisms was minimal, but she could feel the thoughts, the auras of these beings, and ended up opening communications. This new light of her exploration gave her more ambition, she wanted to visit these beings, however she was a colossal being of fire, magma, and obsidian! Powers were new to her, but each world she came across opened up new paths of her abilities, and developed means of compressing her form. Allowing her to assume a form and see these worlds in a whole new way. Eventually she was able to reach a point where she could shrink no more, but it was enough, she could see on the level of the various races of the cosmos. Her hunger for knowledge, and interest of meeting other life forms has brought her here. To discover more of the universe she lives. The name &quot;Kalista&quot; came from a world she visited, who&#039;s native tongue meant &quot;Beautiful&quot; the sound of the word Kalista made her adapt it as her name, seeing as she did not have one of her own at the time. As her presense became known, many saw her power, and sought to use it for themselves. Some would attempt brute force, to which often led to utter defeat, but others were more cunning, luring her naivity and gullible nature into a trap, to which could sap her very power. Drained... her spirit lingered... most of her memories lost, no form to manifest, drifting through the cosmos, now a mere lost soul. Memories faded, till her spirit was pulled through a black portal, in which she awoke hardly aware of what occured, but her form... returned, sort of. While she still lacked most of her power, the black breach formed her new body to appear much like her former, but one that was gigantic, and made of flesh! Though her golden blood might be still questionable. A new world, memories hazy... she had much to learn and relearn.
