Paranormal Abilities - Lightning Description: Can manipulate electrons to create electricity, or make your hair stand on end. Limits: Rookie, still does not know how to use. Potentially able to go from simple static shock and electric buzzer handshakes to shooting lightning bolts. However electricity is only to and from her own body, not calling lightning from the sky unless it&#039;s to herself. Could end up overloading circuits or other machinery, but with control she could in theory hold a light bulb and power it, otherwise POP! Repercussions: Can shock self, however is relatively immune to electrical based attacks Background World Information: Standard Earth - September 2010 Character Background: Average human, having had a few years of Navy, however was mostly a geek at heart. Trying to get by in life, and only served to get free college. However on deployment in the pacific, a red breach had opened up, and pulled him through. On the otherside however his body had been completely changed. A snout, ears, and suddenly... FEMALE and quite ridiculously so! In the new land of infinitas, having to take a new name, given her old name would not be all to fitting. A new world, a new life, and even... new powers never having had before. Age even reset a few years, one who can accuratly gauge age would see her currently at 19 years of age, even though she recalls herself to be 23. Clothing worn went from Navy coveralls into typical plumber&#039;s outfit, complete with blue jean suspenders, but hey... at least they fit her new figure! Even if it looks a little stretched.

	Looking mostly good. But there is some stuff I'd like clarified. In combat training/experience: What sort of bow are they use to. Longbow is quite different from a crossbow. Also what sort of firearms are they use to. A handgun is quite different from a shotgun is quite different from a machine gun vs an assault riffle vs a sniper riffle. In Paranormal I'd like to see the potential of her lightning powers. I understand she currently has not a clue how to use them, but what potential is there if they learn. This is not a hard limit just what are they capable of unleashing on arrival by accident or with training. They can expand their capacity and skill later on but right off the bat like to know if we are dealing with a static shocker, a lightning sniper, caller of thunderstorms, etc. As red breaches can reformat the physical age, is the 23 years old physical age of new body, or mental age of experience.
