His fur pattern is like he is wearing a suit, he has a white marked chest with a black tie marking in the center. Paws are dipped in white fur as is the end of his tail which resembles a spade marking while the rest of him is midnight black. His Eye color is a sparkling gold color which shows intelligence beyond that of a regular house cat wearing a silken blue collar with a purple jewel hanging from the center of it, ID tags denoting his identity are also present engraved on a round coin. Inventory - Items - Blue Silken Collar with purple gem Description: A blue silken collar with strange writing along it in lighter blue with a purple jewel hanging down that lightly glows. ID vet tags also hang there denoting his gender and blood type etc. - Purple Jewel Description: Purple faceted jewel inset into a round casing, emits light so Mister can see at night when reading and a homing device when paired with a witchs magic. - Weapons - Cats Claws Description: Sharp cat claws on all four feet Skills & Abilities - Language Fluency Abyssal Infernal Celestial Primordial English - Vocational History Witchs Familiar-Secretary Description: Mister has worked for Selene for one hundred years, he was involved in different dealings with all manner of creatures on behalf of his master when things called for such. He is adept at writing things and making contracts for various purposes that involve everything from bills of sale to general cleaning contracts. Office Worker- Pacts Officer Description: Mister used to work as a Pacts Officer in the land of Familiar where all the witch servants come from to form pacts and contracts of service. - Education History Witchs library Witchs library Description: The witch's library has all manner of books and training manuals for languages to biology and lore, with many compendiums and tomes about different subjects involving other worldly entities and their weaknesses. Formal education Formal education Description: Mister learned a formal education on his homeworld equivalent to a 12 year highschool student. - Noncombat Skills Cooking Cooking Description: Mister is adept at using his Telekinetic skills to cook various meals and make culinary dishes - Comb Training/Skills/Experience - Bite scratch and claw Bite scratch and claw Training: regular cat instincts honed by years and years of survival, instruction by Selene Description: Mister was taught how to combat small to medium creatures using his claws and teeth by his witch instructor and master Selene Paranormal Abilities - Telekinesis Description: Using his mind he can grab and move and throw up to three objects of about five pounds each or one object of 15 lbs.He has a fine ability control after practicing with it every day.Thrown objects are at a speed of 10 mph Limits: When is mind grows tired he looses this ability until he rests, has to be able to see objects in order to lift them, so he cannot steal anything within a box or a pouch. Repercussions: Using this too much hurts him with headaches and migraines - Blink Description: Mister can use his powers of teleportation to blink to another location he can see and can take small objects with him that he is touching. Limits: When his mind grows weary or tired he looses the ability until hes had some rest. Limits to objects are 15 lbs and cannot be anything living or animated Rapid teleport can be done but it just tires him out faster. Cannot go through walls or barriers of magic it just bounces him off of it. - Prestidigitation Description: - create an instantaneous, harmless sensory effect, such as a shower of sparks, a puff of wind, faint musical notes, or an odd odor. - instantaneously light or snuff out a candle, a torch, or a small campfire. - instantaneously clean or soil an object no larger than 1 cubic foot. - chill, warm, or flavor up to 1 cubic foot of nonliving material for 1 hour. - make a color, a small mark, or a symbol appear on an object or a surface for 1 hour. - create a nonmagical trinket or an illusory image that can fit in your hand for 1 hour. - Magical contract Description: a parchment of paper and a quill materialize from thin air which allows Mister to Write up a magical contract detailing the job, its payment and whatever other agreements are between parties. This contract is a binding agreement and has repercussions should it not be followed Limits: These contracts can be magically nullified either by Mister or another mage however the mage takes on the repercussions if he nulls the contract. Repercussions are as follows. Mister cannot enslave anyone to his will or bind anyone into service. Repercussions: Targets nails grow extremely long to inhibit spellcasting, fur puffs up and becomes unruly, tail grows longer and becomes erratic to get in casters way, target vibrates and is jittery. Should Mister nullify the contract all effects become null and void. All effects last for two hours Background World Information: Mister is from a world of monsters and magic, sword and sorcery though hidden from a modern era world. Well sort of adjacent to that, in the land of Familiar where all wisps, ghosts, and all other manner of creatures are kept before they enter into service with a witch or master of any sort. Time does not matter for the citizens of Familiar but the days of not getting things done adds up if they dont keep track. Time is slowed so that familiars are granted very long lives which can be up into the thousands so long as they maintain a fresh supply of magic and dont die from natural causes. During their time in the land of Familiar everything is run by the citizens who live there in a modern city era of 2000s Earth. Everyone is used from Slimes cleaning up sewers to Mephrit delivery couriers flying around the streets. Witches come from all over and many different magics to select a partner which in turn leads to specific familiars. The more that familiars are in service to Witches the more power the city has in terms of sustaining its own population. Everything stems from magical means from food to water to the entire city everything is powered with magic. Mister came from the office side of things where cat familiars like himself were used as office workers to keep track of all the contracts and pacts with the witches. Character Background: Mister was born into a poor family with his mother and father working for the offices around the town they lived in named Cattington, the town was relatively poor and not doing well since they lived in the sticks so magic was in short supply for everyone that lived there. On account that there we no witches that came that far out only the first practicing ones that took a wrong turn or had little power. Mister was just a kid trying to work his way up in the world working for the local office in the mail room when he became of age. Everyday was simple and he delivered his packages getting yelled at by many for either being late when he wasn't or docked pay for simply stepping foot inside of an office before an appointed time. Everything always ran so precisely and Mister could sometimes not contain his excitement when going to deliver packages to new people. Mister stuck it out for 200 years getting better at his job as a mail room cat before he was promoted to a Pact officer at the recommendation from his father who was a pact foreman. Pact Officer was his dream job just like his father before him and even the one before him. The days began to become long and the work never seemed to end, there was tons of new witches and masters every day looking for familiars from all over. Each pact officer had to match each witch with the corresponding familiar according to talents and magical power which was not an easy task sometimes having to go in person to talk with clients in order to present presentations on why each familiar was a good fit. Mister hated these jobs as most witches would turn down most of his suggestions then he'd have to get back to the office to prepare more for them so the days turned into long meetings with witches either at his office or some other location the witch favored. This led him to all manner of place from high brow bars to lowly dens of sin and depravity. After 100 years of this he finally met with Selene, a witch no one had heard of except some specific higher ups in the magical world. She was in the market for a smart amusing cat familiar and after giving his presentation of three different candidates she wanted turned him down citing those would be bad fits because of her personality she instead chose Mister as her familiar. She was a powerful witch, a snow leopardess with an athletic build and long tail. Things like this did happen but infrequently and he never assumed he'd ever get chosen to be a witchs familiar. The paperwork was all done up and Selene presented him with a collar that marked their contract and signed pact to be partners. Mister accepted and became the secretary of Selene of the moon. Mister was a great secretary and Selene taught him many things so he could be more useful, grateful for the education Mister absorbed everything he could so that he would be better prepared for the job ahead of him. He ran contracts, acquisitions, and salvages often dealing with different entities selling or wishing for things to be done by his new mistress Selene. Often times he would have to meet entities in certain planes of existence for talks so his job kept him very busy as Selene was known to have her paws in quite a lot of things. Over time he grew comfortable with his job and began training with his new Mistress in fighting but only in defense as she wanted him to live more than wipe out an enemy. She was kind and gentle with him instead of the bosses he used to have, she wanted conversation most of all from him and always to tell her the truth. This friendship lasted for 100 years as Mister and Selene did dealings with all matter of entities be they from Heaven, Hell, the primordial or the void, each thing wanted something and Selene could get it with some help from her Familiar but on one such job after getting a relic from a celestial, Mister Disappeared.
