i was a little fox born into the world and my family died and left me with a lot of money and i just go around being nice somewhat a descendant of the Uchiha clan from naruto and i have been blessed with the Uchiha sharingan eye level 3.

i have ninjutsu training i do handsigns and make combat
- Training:
  dragon flame jutsu is a ninjutsu it shoots fire. the ninjutsu could be combinations of one handed hand signs or two handed hand signs depends on the jutsus there are many there are fire style, water style, lightning style, lava style, wind style, earth style, etc... but you would have to do multiple hand signs in combination then at the final hand sign you would have to say the full name of the jutsu as shown :fire style: Dragon Flame Jutsu.
sharingan eye(it only appears when i get really mad)
- Training:
  it is red eye with a black outer ring and an grey inner ring between those two rings three comma looking things are facing towards the black pupil in the center. it is a thing that heightens your senses and can make it where you can move esceptionally fast in certain situations.

Description:
if the level of chakra is big you will be able to hear and see it but for the most time you wont. chakra is an energy in your body in this case it cannot be seen but in ceertain situations where combat is intended you could do a jutsu that requires massive amounts of chakra/energy to be used and if you were to channel most of that chakra into a rasengan: massive energy ball. you could eventually hear the chakra in physical form. and if you had enough chakra/energy in your reserves/like a reserve on a gas tank when its empty. you could restore your chakra to an certain amount and use it to flee or finish the combat scenario.
Limits:
my limits of chakra usage are three chidoris: massive energy ball that you can see the chakra and hear it/sounds like tweeting birds.
Repercussions:
if damages chakra points throught the body

Under the forms I'm going to ask you remove the references to personality traits, as that's not the physical form. Personality is not something generally listed as its mostly discovered through play and backstory, and we don't expect it statically set in stone as characters can evolve with time.

On forms why is Body Type: Other selected? If they are normal anthro/fur with two feet then bipedal can be selected.

For the weapons normal power 30% is stated. 30% of what? Normally this is referring to the capabilities of weapons with technological/magical enhancements. As the weapon describes them as blades that can be omitted unless there is a property of the item providing extra power or abilities.

As this is clearly a Naruto fan character the World Information should be world of Naruto and not the normal world.
