| From a briefing by General Lance, Head of the Marsilion Armed Forces: "We're at X-threat risk level 3. All personel are on high alert." he sets up a holographic projector. It shows a picture of Lashner. "This is Ivo Lashner. He is, as best as we can tell, a nightmare made manifest. Unfortunately, the person who spawned him is not on this plane and waking him wouldn't likely help. He is responsible for Glass Scale and everyone else who just passed out, and is at this moment at Large. We believe he is somehow feeding on biological beings mental energy and uses these dream projections to spread. One suspected cure is to somehow reunite the victims with their energy. To that end I'm forming several emergency task forces. People with dream projection, entry, and manipulation abilities, you'll report to Specialist Lanner, your job is going to be seek and destroy. People with magical healing, psionics, and other recovery options, your jobs are going to be finding out how to reverse the coma effect. Everyone else is going to be tasked with getting the victims to safe areas and protecting the town. "I'm pulling out all the stops, everyone who can gets magical defenses as they seem to be effective. I'll be commandeering all supplies at the guild and shops in town as well, under the Marsilion Emergency Action Codes." +===================+ A large amount of the town has suddenly gone comatose. The MAF recommends moving any victims to a safe area indoors, such as a bed. They also advise restraining them somehow, as the victims are able to be taken over by Lashner and used as puppets. Furthermore, physical contact with Ivo Lashner (Picture included) causes nearly instantaneous comatose state. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. The MAF has declared a high state of Emergency and is receiving aid from Porton and Arcford. Compliance with any Marsilion Armed Forces, Arcford Defense Forces, or Porton Military Authority is mandatory at this time. Avoid any strange dream projections. All volunteer help is welcome. Anybody with any information is asked to step forward immediately. | |

| The MAF has called off the state of emergency, following the death of Lashner. Any businesses which had materials appropriated may file with the city for compensation. | |
