Sein comes from an earth that had just experienced it's first major nuclear exchange.
History
Personal
Sein was the result of leftover magic energies collecting, and forming together from the deaths of billions all at once. He spent many years roaming a irradiated, trashed landscape grazing on what man had left behind in such events. Eventually, a false vacuum event caused his universe to cave in on it's self. Lucky, said event dumped him somewhere on the island.

Due to the way his horns create light, the lower the brightness the more the color of the emitted light drifts towards Yellow/Amber. Sein's horn lights have a very horrible color rendering index.

Manipulate Electricity (Edit)
- Description:
Can sense, and alter electrical charges within a 5 meter radius around himself. Electrical currents can interact with magnetic fields, also allowing those to be manipulated as well. - Limits:
Sein's body is not a superconductor. While good at conducting electricity, large amounts of current flow can raise his body temperature to unsafe levels.
Sein's body acts as a large inductor, storing energy in a magnetic field. While Sein can store huge amounts of energy in this magnetic field, the energy is finite. Storage space for energy is also finite, as there is a limit to how dense a magnetic field his body can store.
Energy adsorption (Edit)

Passively adsorbs energy from the environment, storing it inside Sein's magnetic field. - Limits:
This applies only to electricity, heat and Beta/Alpha radiation.
The energy must come into direct contact with Sein's body.

Biology
Sein is a modern metallic dragon. He consumes metal, glass and plastic instead of food. Metals are used as building blocks while plastics and rubbers are pyrolyzed for energy.
