| Character sheets, here forth known as CS, are created by any player or prospective player. These contain all the information about a character, There is sections for hidden information that only the player needs to know (for example for character schedule management, home status, etc) and hidden only player and game masters can see. (for information game masters need to know but the player doesn't want to be general knowledge, like planned growth, mechanics of an ability, etc) Characters can have the following statuses Draft (Private)Character sheets in development. Only the player can see them, making them good for jotting down ideas.Draft (Public)Character sheets in development. They can be seen by anyone with the link to them. Good for getting opinions from specific people. Does not appear in any lists.Critique RequestedThe sheet is mostly ready. Its listed under Development Board and any player can post and comment on it. Providing suggests and feedback.Awaiting ApprovalThe character is ready and has been submitted for approval. Characters require 2 approvals, one of which much be from the staff. The second approval may be from another staff member or a veteran. The order of approvals does not matter.Characters in this state may also be denied. 3 denials will place the character back in critique requested to receive more work, though staff can force the CS back to the state without votes needed. Denial of approval means a character is not ready for entry and use in the setting and must be worked on more prior to approval. Characters in Awaiting Approval or earlier status may be deleted by their creator anytime for any reason. (This action is not undo-able however. A CS must be recreated from scratch once deleted). Character above this point cannot be deleted as they are part of the setting and will be retained for record purposes, though will be marked as unused. ActiveCurrently in use characters. Active and on world. While in this state a characters Infinitas status such as occupation and relations may be added.Some character sheets are marked as inactive. These characters may still be in use but their player has not logged into the forum in a month so the site cannot verify their active status. Permanently Off WorldCharacter has left the world by some means and is now unreachable. They were alive when last seen but their status is no longer verifiable.Characters with this status are no longer in use. To recover a character from this state a player must work with the game masters to retrieve them. Characters will be set to this status by staff if the player leaves or is banned. Players can set characters to this status to remove them themselves. Permanently DeadCharacter has become deceased in play or off cam at their player's discretion. They are removed from play.Players wishing to revive a character must work with the game masters for resurrection. Characters that are only temporarily dead (planned revival pending) or technically dead but still active (Undead) are not set to this status.
