Parents were from India but migrated to Singapore before he was born, giving him citizenship there. He spent most of his early life there till around 18 years old. A fairly average student, he was born in the time between old technology and new, which allowed him a fair degree of flexibility in both surfing the internet as well as the old paperwork of yore. It's a skillt hat suited him through his education, which was unnotable save for a few cases of being bullied around by stronger or more emotionally well-versed kids. He's had few physical friends growing up, but made many online as well as in the many books he read. He attempted his 'A' levels but failed miserably, partially due to extreme depression and illness.

As every Singapore citizen had to go to the Army, so had he. He was given a desk job by the army due to an array of medical problems, including poor eyesight, hormonal issues and metabolism problems. Still, the experience was enough to provide maturity he needed to grow up. He left the army with an outstanding certificate and moved onto join a small shipping company as an administrative clerk for the next 3-4 years. He eventually rejoined his Parents, whom had moved to India and took up a course there in programming. This didn't pan out and the family eventually moved to London.

Over the next ten years, Dalware would finish up a university degree in Geography, specializing in GIS and would have developed fairly reasonable IT skills. Though pressured to join the industry by his father, whom was a programmer, he refused and instead went to the more physical side - IT support and hardware. He joined up with a British firm, first as a small time IT Helpdesk assistant and eventually moved his way up the ranks to officer. During this time, he would get a great passion for wargaming and tabletop gaming, joining many local groups that offered the same.

Though he wasn't too active due to his health, the hobby still kept him occupied, even as he went through stages of discovery and a couple failed attempts at relationships. Eventually he moved to Cyprus on a short-term project contract in order to upgrade a firm's IT system. He had been there less than five days before the red breach caught him when he was stepping out of the shower and brought him to Infinitas.
