| Reports have it around 2 in the morning on February 16th temperatures in the community center plummeted. Ice began to coat all surfaces as the building was evacuated. Light and power were seen to have gone out too. It is unknown at present if everyone got out on time. Anything or anyone approaching the facility has subsequently been coated in ice too. The cause to this is not yet known. The transformative snow effects have returned. With the community center closed it is recommended all citizens seek alternate shelter during times of snowfall. -City Administration | |

| Update. As of 3 in the morning on February 18 the community center has been completely engulfed by a dome of ice. Details to this development are as of yet unclear. | |
